Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Arbitrator and Panel Adjudicator John Daly shares a recent assignment in the July’s issue of CCS magazine. Reporting on a Single Joint Expert appointment in Litigation (as opposed to a party appointment) and enabling an early settlement of the case. This was further to a successful Expert Report, that was agreeable to both parties and for a set fee.

Adjudicator appointment for JKD, North Wales

£0.5M dispute was successfully concluded using the Adjudication process between an electrical Subcontractor and Sub-subcontractor in dispute on an education construction project.
